If an annual subscription expires and is not renewed, the account keeps its lifetime worldwide commercial license for all eligible 3D assets created during the valid period — as long as the original purchase stays valid and policies are followed.

Refunds Void the License
A refunded purchase is legally not a valid completed purchase. If a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise treated as invalid, the commercial license tied to that payment automatically becomes void.

- Using generated assets for illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive purposes
- Impersonating a person, brand, game, character, copyrighted work, or trademarked product without rights
- Reselling or redistributing assets as standalone stock, asset packs, model libraries, or competing AI 3D services without written permission
- Using Text3D.ai outputs to train or build competing AI models or datasets unless expressly permitted in writing
Third-Party Rights, User Responsibility & Marketplace Review
Text3D.ai helps members create 3D assets with AI, but members remain responsible for prompts, uploaded images, reference materials, brand names, product designs, characters, logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials, and final use cases. A Text3D.ai commercial license does not guarantee acceptance by any third-party marketplace, app store, game platform, 3D printing platform, stock asset marketplace, advertising network, or distribution platform. Each platform may apply its own AI content, file format, intellectual property, and submission rules.

Yes, if you hold a valid commercial license. Eligible generated 3D assets may be used in games, apps, websites, AR/VR experiences, WebGL projects, and other commercial creative workflows worldwide.
Can I modify or edit generated 3D assets?
Yes. Members with a valid commercial license may modify, adapt, optimize, remesh, repair, texture, render, or convert eligible Generated 3D Assets for permitted personal or commercial use.
Does Text3D.ai guarantee marketplace approval?
No. A Text3D.ai commercial license does not guarantee acceptance by any marketplace, app store, game platform, 3D printing platform, stock asset marketplace, or distribution platform. You are responsible for following each platform's rules.
