1. Overview
At Text3D.ai, we respect your privacy and aim to be transparent about how data is handled in our AI 3D creation services. This Policy applies to the Text3D.ai website, account system, AI 3D model generator, Text to 3D, Image to 3D, Multiview to 3D, 3D asset preview, 3D model converter, AI 3D texture generator, commercial license downloads, payment-related pages, support services, and other features that link to this Policy (together, the Services).
This Policy is designed for a global online SaaS service, including users in the United States, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and other regions. It is intended to satisfy common privacy disclosure expectations for AI SaaS products, online payment review, subscription billing, app distribution, and customer support. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. Where local law gives you specific rights, those rights apply in addition to this Policy.
2. Who We Are & Data Controller
Text3D.ai operates the Services and acts as the controller of personal information processed through them (or as the equivalent business under US state laws), except where we process information on behalf of another party as a processor or service provider.
You can reach us about this Policy or any privacy matter at any time:

4. AI 3D Inputs, Uploaded Images & Generated Assets
Text3D.ai processes the prompts, images, 3D files, and settings you provide so that the service can generate or modify 3D assets. For example, Text to 3D uses prompts, Image to 3D uses uploaded reference images, and Multiview to 3D uses multiple images such as front, left, back, and right views.
Please avoid uploading sensitive personal data, government ID documents, private financial information, medical records, confidential trade secrets, or images of people where you do not have the appropriate rights or consent. If you choose to publish, share, or display a 3D asset publicly, related prompts, preview images, asset names, or metadata may become visible to others depending on the feature.
We may use trusted AI infrastructure, model APIs, cloud hosting, storage, and processing providers to operate the AI 3D model generator. These providers process inputs and outputs only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service in accordance with our agreements with them.
5. How We Use Information

- Respond to support requests, diagnose errors, and communicate service-related updates.
- Analyze usage trends, test new features, and improve product quality and user experience.

6. Automated Processing & AI Decisions
The Services use automated systems and machine-learning models to generate 3D assets from your inputs and to support security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection. These functions are core to how the product works.
We do not use these systems to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement. Where any such automated decision-making would apply under laws like the GDPR, we will provide the disclosures and rights required by law, including the ability to request human review.
7. Legal Bases for EEA, UK & Similar Privacy Laws
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract: to create your account, provide AI 3D generation features, deliver downloads, manage subscriptions, and support your requests.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent fraud, improve features, analyze usage, debug errors, and maintain business operations, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: for optional cookies, certain marketing communications, or other processing where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to comply with payment, accounting, tax, sanctions, consumer-protection, and regulatory requirements.
9. Payments, Subscriptions, Refunds & Commercial Licenses
Text3D.ai uses third-party payment providers to process subscriptions, credit packs, renewals, invoices, refunds, tax calculations, fraud checks, and chargeback handling. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Card details are entered with, and processed by, the payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We may store payment status, plan type, invoice references, subscription identifiers, refund status, and entitlement records so that we can provide paid features and meet legal obligations.
If your plan includes commercial usage rights or annual-license certificate downloads, we may store records such as your account email, asset ID, plan status, generation date, license certificate ID, and related metadata to confirm your rights and provide downloadable proof of authorization.
For details on plans, renewals, and cancellations, see our Pricing and Refund Policy.
11. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Text3D.ai, manage your account, store your generated assets, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.
You may delete certain account content through product controls when available, or request deletion of your account by contacting [email protected]. Some records — such as invoices, payment records, security logs, and license certificates — may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes, even after account deletion.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export (port), restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and opt out of marketing communications at any time.
To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where the law allows. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
EEA / UK users: you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for example, your national supervisory authority in the EEA, or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office). We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
Appeals (certain US states): if we decline your request, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response or emailing [email protected] with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
13. California & U.S. State Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident or a resident of another U.S. state with similar privacy rights (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others), you may have the right to know, access, delete, correct, port, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the sense defined by these laws. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. If our practices change, we will provide the required opt-out mechanism (for example, a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link).

14. International Data Transfers
Text3D.ai is operated online and may use service providers located in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards where required, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum, data processing agreements, and other measures recognized by applicable law, to help protect your information.
15. Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password, keep your login credentials confidential, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
If we become aware of a personal data breach that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where required by applicable law and within the timeframes those laws set.
16. Children’s Privacy
Text3D.ai is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 in the United States, nor to children below the age of digital consent in their jurisdiction (for example, 16 in parts of the EEA). Users who make purchases must be old enough to enter a binding contract under their local law, or must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact [email protected] so we can take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
17. Third-Party Links & Services
Text3D.ai may link to or rely on third-party websites, payment providers, app stores, cloud services, or AI infrastructure providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to third parties.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date above and may provide additional notice where required by law (for example, by email or an in-product notice). Your continued use of Text3D.ai after an update takes effect means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
