Text3D.ai Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when purchases of credits and subscriptions on Text3D.ai are eligible for a refund, how to submit a request, how long refunds take to process, and how this policy works alongside the consumer protection rights you have under local law.

At a glance

We want every purchase to be worthwhile. If a paid purchase has gone largely unused, you can request a refund and we will review it promptly. The key conditions are summarized below; the full terms follow in the sections beneath.

01 Scope of this policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid purchases made on Text3D.ai, including one-time credit packs and recurring subscription plans (monthly and annual). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Text3D.ai sells access to a digital service that delivers AI-generated 3D content instantly on demand. Because the service is digital and consumption begins as soon as you start generating, refunds are governed by the specific conditions described below, in addition to any rights granted to you by applicable law.

02 Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund of a credit or subscription purchase when both of the following conditions are met at the time the request is received:

  • Timing. The request is submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase (the timestamp shown on your receipt or order confirmation).
  • Usage. Fewer than 20 credits from the relevant purchase have been consumed at the time of the request, so the purchase remains substantially unused.

Where both conditions are satisfied, we will refund the full amount paid for that purchase to your original payment method. We may, at our reasonable discretion, also grant goodwill refunds or partial refunds outside of these conditions — for example, where you were charged in error, billed more than once for the same order, or experienced a verified service outage that prevented normal use.

Why these conditions exist. AI 3D generation consumes real computing resources the moment it runs. The 24-hour window and the 20-credit usage limit let us offer a fair, fast refund for purchases that have gone substantially unused, while keeping the service sustainable for everyone.

03 Non-refundable purchases

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in this policy, the following are generally not eligible for a refund:

  • Purchases where the request is made more than 24 hours after the original transaction.
  • Purchases where 20 or more credits have already been consumed.
  • Credits that have already been fully or substantially used to generate, export, or download 3D assets.
  • Subscription periods that have already been delivered and used, beyond any statutory cancellation right described in Section 9.
  • Purchases linked to abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, automated scraping, resale, or any violation of our Terms of Service.

If a request falls outside the standard conditions but you believe your situation is exceptional, contact us — we review each case in good faith.

04 How to request a refund

To request a refund, email our support team at [email protected] from the email address associated with your Text3D.ai account. To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your account email address.
  • The order or transaction ID from your receipt or order confirmation.
  • The date and approximate time of the purchase.
  • A brief description of the reason for your request.

We will acknowledge your request and let you know the outcome after reviewing it against the eligibility conditions above. You do not need to provide a reason to qualify for a refund that meets the standard conditions, but additional detail helps us improve the service.

05 Refund processing & timing

We aim to review eligible refund requests within 2 business days of receiving all required information. Once a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After we issue a refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider — typically 5 to 10 business days. Text3D.ai does not control these timelines. If your refund was approved but has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact us and we will help you follow up with the payment provider.

06 Subscriptions & renewals

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings, or by contacting [email protected].

Cancelling future renewals

When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund a period that has already started, unless that charge qualifies under the eligibility conditions in Section 2 or under your statutory rights in Section 9.

Renewal charges

If an automatic renewal is charged and you have not used the new period, the same eligibility conditions apply: contact us within 24 hours of the renewal charge and, if fewer than 20 credits from that period have been consumed, we will refund it in full.

07 Failed or defective generations

If a 3D generation fails and produces no usable asset, the credits spent on that failed generation are automatically returned to your account balance, so you can try again with a revised prompt or a clearer reference image. This automatic credit return is separate from, and in addition to, the monetary refund process described above.

Variation in style, interpretation, or artistic quality of a successfully delivered result is a normal characteristic of AI generation and is not on its own treated as a defect. If you believe a charge resulted from a genuine technical fault on our side, contact us and we will investigate.

08 Free credits

Free credits provided to members have no monetary value, are not purchased, and are therefore not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Free credits refill on a rolling 24-hour cycle rather than by calendar day. This policy applies only to paid purchases.

09 Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country or region. Those rights always apply in addition to the conditions described here.

For example, consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days. For digital content and digital services, that right can end once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal — which is the case when you begin generating 3D content immediately after purchase. Where a mandatory statutory right applies to your situation and has not lawfully lapsed, we will honor it regardless of the standard conditions above.

10 Region-specific provisions

The provisions below apply only to consumers in the regions named. Where they grant rights beyond the standard conditions in Section 2, those rights prevail for the relevant consumers. Where your region is not listed, the standard conditions in this policy apply together with any mandatory local consumer law.

European Union & EEA

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. Because Text3D.ai supplies digital content and digital services that begin immediately, this right ends once supply has started with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal — which is requested at checkout before you start generating. Separately, EU law requires digital content and services to conform to the contract; if a paid feature is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to have it brought into conformity, or to a proportionate price reduction or refund, in line with applicable law. Where a refund or price reduction is due under these rights — for example following a valid partial withdrawal or a non-conformity — we assess it fairly and consistently in proportion to the credits you have already consumed and the membership benefits you have used during the relevant period: the less you have used, the more is returned, so that a substantially unused purchase can result in a full refund, while a partly used one results in a proportionate price reduction.

United Kingdom

If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations give you a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts, subject to the same digital-content exception described above where supply begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. In addition, under the Consumer Rights Act, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described; where it is not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or a refund as provided by law. When a refund or price reduction applies, we calculate it on the same fair, proportionate basis: we look at the credits you have consumed and the membership benefits you have used, returning the full amount where the purchase is substantially unused and a proportionate amount where part of it has already been used.

11 Chargebacks & disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at [email protected]. In most cases we can resolve the issue faster and more directly than a formal dispute.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us may lead to a temporary suspension of the affected account while the matter is investigated with the payment provider. We will always work with you and your bank in good faith to reach a fair resolution.

12 Currency, taxes & fees

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original charge. Any applicable taxes collected on a refunded purchase are returned together with the refund where required by law.

Text3D.ai does not charge a fee to process a refund. However, currency conversion differences or third-party bank fees that may arise between the original payment and the refund are outside our control and are not reimbursed by Text3D.ai.

13 Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service, payment providers, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
